  • Writing, receiving, interpreting and quoting requests/pitching for a range of events both solely and within a team
  • Collaborating on full project design & planning with various teams both internally and externally ensuring effective communication and accountability
  • Liaising, reviewing and negotiating with clients, numerous suppliers, venues and artist’s management both locally and internationally
  • Designing, producing, reviewing and refining event plans, designs, agendas, including the integration of external parties requirements
  • Budgeting responsibility for events, including £5M+, involving multi-disciplines and range of suppliers
  • Finalising, executing and producing multi-venue high end world class events, management of multiple aspects onsite whilst working concurrently alongside other on-going projects
  • Organising, managing and running multiple teams in various cultures and environments

  • Extensive Project Management & Delivery of live, virtual and hybrid events up to 25,000 Pax
  • Virtual platform knowledge including: 6Connex, ON24, Swapcard, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Samba Live, Hopin, CrowdComms, Touchcast, custom platforms, CDN delivery & iFrame embeds, including multiple language captioning and accessibility delivery.
  • Budgetary planning & management including projects of £8M+
  • Event planning, organisation and scheduling a multitude of suppliers
  • Technical expertise in all disciplines in multiple countries
  • Collaborating & leading event design, research and planning
  • Supplier & venue communication, negotiation, liaison and collaboration
  • Awareness of Health & Safety, disability access regulations & legislations
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Effective time management including working to tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail, accuracy and quality
  • Ability to communicate and work effectively solely and within a team
  • Ability to adapt, overcome and resolve issues both internally & externally
